The quality isn't to bad but some of the stuff is a little off time due to the crappy computer we had to record with. Anyway its good enough to hear the instruments. I'd like to hear anyone's opinions on the drums and the guitars. We are all in 10th grade. We don't have to much experience other than a past failed band and about a year of playing together.

Firstly I have to say this and Im sorry if you think its really cool, but your logo sucks. Seeing fire come from the words Spoiled Blood makes me want to eat my own face.
But other than that its quite good. Yes the timings are a bit off, and if that is down to your computer like you say then fine. The instrumentals are pretty good. The guitarist and the drummer do seem to be... how do you say... "Rocking the house". Also I like the fact that not all kids in 10th grade are playing Blink 182 and Green Day. Although whilst your at it, you might as well make it even faster and more mad, and become a grind band... lol. Or whatever.
Oh and please god stop playing the National Anthem. Everyone and anyone who can or has played guitar could play that like you did. Playing a simple song with distortion is nothing special. Plus its a gay song in the first place. :smash:

Uhmmm... Unless you recorded each drum piece individually, I wouldn't blame the computer for anything. I'm sure the drums will get better with time, but it sounds a little like diarrhea feet. His hands are doing pretty good, but the feet are sloppy.
The guitar rips, but may fall under the same criticism. It's not too bad, but timing will come with more playing.
And the logo didn't really make me want to eat anyone's face.

Haha It must just be me then. Im just not that into that whole Metal mentality. And to see fire or blood or chains coming out of anything (let alone the words Spoiled blood) makes me want to break something. To me its just cheese to far.
I'd agree with these guys ... No offense intended, but hopefully this will give you ideas for where to focus your improvements. :)
An exercise you guys should do as a band is, in the rehearsal room, play your songs at like 1/4 their original tempo. Play them with full motions and full definition (don't make slow, lazy strokes because you're playing slow... keep your conviction with each note). Go through the whole thing like that at different slow tempos over and over. I know it's boring as hell, but doing timing exercises, individually or in group, is the only way you'll get in synchrony.
The point of doing that, you must keep in mind, is to listen to each other intently and play in as tight synchrony as you can. Count out loud with each other if you have to. Make sure you're all counting exactly the same "1, 2, 3, 4" (or whatever time sig you're in)... If you're not all hitting the beats at the same time, it's gonna sound, like Ruining said, like diahrea :)
Music that's generally an acquired taste, like your stuff might be, has to be tight and really well rehearsed so that people are at least comfortable listening to it.
If people can trust the rhythms and the notes, and they're not straining to follow the beat, then they will let go, be comfortable with the music, and rock out to it!
best of luck!

Thanks for all the crits guys. I appreciate it alot. We had practice earlier tonight and I wish I would have gotten on here and checked before going.
Vood, I really appreciate you taking the time to type all that. We've been working on trying to get a tighter sound and I'll be sure to try that out.
Thanks again everyone.
