I'm really enjoying Fortess. I felt the need to listen to them because they're from my hometown and the bassist went to the same highschool as me. I never really had interest before because I remember hearing them long before Kezia came out and thinking "this sucks". They've really come a long way.

Also, what Protest song would be good for learning on guitar. I am good, but not quite Protest good. I think everyone knows I'm the their biggest fanboy so it should come as no surprise when I say

Then you basically have to listen to a mix of Judas Priest, Between the Buried and Me, Aeon, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Thrice to get "their sound".

Protest the Hero is pretty good. When I saw them with Silverstein in February, I thought that they were just another metal band. But then I started to really listen to them. Not a big fan of them though.

Yeah but I prefer it this way, cause its two really awesome shows instead of just one. Most of the bands on both tours are really good.
