Alright, so my band is looking for a PA system to run ONLY vocals through for practices ONLY. Right now we have two small guitar amps with a mixer to do our vocals and its hard to hear.

and it looks good for what we want, but people in music stores are trying to sell me $500+ PA systems... Saying that we will blow a tiny 100W With electric guitar and drums in the mix...
Realistically we dont practice that loud. We are an Indie/Rock band and we dont have heavy distortion or really crashy drums. Its all pretty low key music. And we just want something better than our current setup so we can hear the vocals better.
What is your thoughts? We have a budget of $250 right now.
