Hey guys (and any other girls that I don't know who exist within the Jam Sesh), I have some homework and my brain is currently on holidays...
I need some songs that have dim, aug and/or fully diminished 7ths in them. See, for music, we're doing chord identification and I've been ordered to (I know them already but we got told we have to do this anyway) find songs with which we can identify these chords by.

For example
teacher: /plays m7 chord
Trea: "Omgz, that's lyk so the first chord in the chorus of Maroon 5's Sunday Morning! That means it's a... /thinks... m7!"
I won't use these anyway, but for the sake of this we have to find some songs those chords are obvious in, and I'm stuck for some (except for my own compositions, which I'm not allowed to use :/ ).

God, VCE music is so tedious!

Chord - 7b9

Used in: George Harrison - I want to tell you. Used as the deliberetly dissonant V chord. PLayed on piano. Also used in The Beatles - I want you (She's so heavy).

Chord - 7#9

Used in - Loads and loads of Hendrix songs.

If you can wait til monday, I'll grab the guitar magazines from the library, they had one of these for each month and they have a whole years back issues.

Thanks Simon, but don't worry about it - it's due today. I couldn't think of a song with an obvious fully-diminished 7th but I got the other 8 I needed so I should be right.
