Okay, my fender only has 3 bridge springs in it, so I'm changing it to 5. Now, why the hell will the one closest to the1st string just NOT STAY DOWN
Its annoying me to no end I'm seriously about to beat the crap out of something. I've been trying this for 2 hours now. How can I get it to stay down, or are there any tips on doing this??? Seriously, i need to get this done. I have a show tomorrow

Why are you adding springs? Are you changing string guages?
Anyway, if I deduce correctly, you think that the tremolo is supposed to be flat on the body, amirite? This is wrong. The trem is supposed to hover above the body by a little bit.

yes, that's correct. i managed to get the springs in, and yes i'm changing gauges. But my problem now is, the strings aren't new. And whenever i dive bomb it goes out of tune worse than it did before

Of course they will. Properly stretch them for a while, and if it doesnt have a locking bridge, then it will almost always go out of tune if you dive-bomb.
