well its simple really. to replace cams just loosen the pedal on the side. As if you jsut bought the pedal so the chain isnt on teh cam at all. pull the cam out and put one of your choice back in. Then the black grippy thingys you can move from top to bottom and some top and some bottom. YOu have to unscrew the foot plates to take the rubber black peices out. for moving the footboard angle just loosen the little thing at the heel of the pedal and slide it where you want then tighten again. It comes with instructions ya know and if you cant find them then im sure pearl has the pdf on their website. I used to have an elim and it was quite easy to configure. I used to use the blue cam....just thought id throw that in there.

Yeah, there are TOO many diff configs to even begin to try & talk this one through. You just have to keep messing & tinkering until it feels good. I also use the blue cam.

THx a lot but in this case to unscrew everything and changing the cams, I know..
But anyway.. I went to the Pearlīs website and couldnīt find something better than ur explanation, u know..
What I want, first of all.
That I play drums for a long time, but I just took it hard to play since last year..
But anyway, Iīve never care about pedals just I couldnīt never play it well..
Yesterday I found a video explaning how to play bass pedals, I felt very thankfull and I just asked how to.. ADJUST EVERYTHING on the pedal, and the reasons to take the blue cam, not red , not black, or something like this.. The grippy top to bottom, or bottom to top, how/why do I take one?
The footboard whatīs id good for any position?
The beater... There are 4 ways to put that, which one is good for what..
The chain.. Itīs adjustable too.. What do I have to think, before adjusting it..?
How far does the beater have to be from the bass skin?

Try to help me...
Please..

Thanxx..

the thing with all of the adjustments is we cant tell you what you will like. personally, i like the red cam the most. its all personal preference. just mess around with everything until you find what you like the best.

and the pedal should have come with a manual that explains how to do everything.

Damn, Itīs really good having u all to help me..
But anyway itīs not that good cuzī I have to take it by myself..
And thereīs too much different ways, maybe itīll take me some time to have my "perfect" pedal..
Then, iīll never change my eliminator...
Lol

Thanx..

See yaaa
