I'm interested. Cannibal corpse is horror metal right?
Danzig isn't horror metal is it? Isn't that the dude from the Misfits or am i completely off the page?
Are we talking bands from different genres that have horror stories for lyrics?
Because I can name King Diamond and Mercyful Fate, but they are quite a different sound to Danzig.

I rather like generic horrorbands like the murderdolls and the frankenstein drag queens from planet 13. I really can't help it :)

I'm pretty sure there's no such thing as "Horror-Metal."

There's a band from my city, Send More Paramedics, they play zombie themed thrash/punk.

Me too, actually. Been a fan of them by name for ages.
Don't tell Ollie, he'll jump right into a big spiel on them. That's how he got me into them.

There actually isn't a real horror metal genre, but there is horror punk.
Misfits
Michale Graves/Gotham Road
American Werewolves (personal favorite of mine)
X-Ward
Samhain (more deathrock, though)
Ghoultown
The Crimson Ghosts
Balzac
Young Werewolves
Similarly, there's also psychobilly and gothabilly.
Ghoultown (also fits into Gothabilly due to the heavy Tex-Mex influence)
Nekromantix
The Cramps
The Meteors
Horrorpops

Hey, the Murderdolls aren't that bad.
/drops in to Whore SMP.
Yeah, totally listen to them, like Slayer mixed with Agnostic front.
Some great stuff right there. Some excellent Punk stuff and some metal.
Try Burning the body, The Hordes, or Zombie crew for songs.

I remember a thread on horror-core, didnt do too good.
The only way i see "horror metal" is if the lyrical theme of it, or the way they dress. Thats just my opinion

SMP rule, theyre a friend of a friend of mine, met them a few times.
Cannibal, Half life and Zombie Crew are good starters. Their latest 'Nothing Tastes Like This' is good, has a decent video too.

Correct.
By the way, I'm assuming the Elvenking sampler didn't work?
I can send you one other song by them, The Dweller of Rhymes, if you want.

For some reason, Gmail was giving me a lot of grief about that email.
Try sending it one more time. Maybe being away from the bloody campus firewalls will help.

Unfortunately, I don't have the other songs on this computer, just the one. But it is their best song next to Pagan Purity.
Your e-mail is?
