R&Mer of the Month (February) Round 1

First off, the results of the poll: RMOTY will be for any and all users. I might have someone else run that since I'm going on break soon, but we'll see.

Secondly, past RMOTMs will not be able to re-win yet. We'll re-vote on that 6 months down the line (August) to see if people think past winners ought to be eligible again yet.

Now, for this month, no NRMOTM (again :-\) but out of these, choose 10. Usual rules of course.

He's a great user, but he has barely posted at all this month.

It happens every month. People build a reputation and people vote for them based on that, instead of basing it on what they've done over the past month. Hell, the only time I ever got past the first round (and made it to the finals) was a month I wasn't around for the first two weeks of. :amaze::confused:
