An amazing growing Scottish metal band. They mainly support big name bands (Sevenfold, Trivium) in UK and i have no idea whether they anything in USA (although i doubt it). I got into them quite a while ago and i've seen them live once and they're easily one of the best live bands. If you haven't heard them go to http://www.myspace.com/mendeed
they've just released their new album 'This war will last forever'.

They are pretty decent, I saw them supporting Dragonforce.
My brothers band is supposed to be supporting them in Wolverhampton later this month.

I listened to a couple of songs on myspace. They seem alright, but I wasn't paying a great deal of attention (It's nearly 3am here). The album art looked good for a debut though.

It's not a Debut, but it's the only album that people are taking proper recognition of. My favourite track has gotta be "Stand as one and fight for glory".

What are they called? Do they have Myspace or a purevolume page?

I've heard two songs by them, one is The Reaper Awaits and the other is one of their previous EP. The Reaper Awaits is alright, but they really shouldn't attempt the sort of screaming/clean anthemic chorus/screaming- it's not very good and it doesn't suit them.

Yeah I've heard they've got a good live show (with 5 angry Glasweigans though what do you expect- utter craziness).

Me and my friend know the guitarist personally, we chatted with him in a club they played near us and he talks to him on MSN. I used to listen to their first album everyday after I saw them and I'm glad they've made it onto the shelves.

Cool, I'll pass on the comments. They are a young band, my brother is only 15, and their sound has been evolving quite a lot. They put on a energetic live show, and are doing well considering their ages.

Yeah! My band consists of four 15 year olds lol. We're doing some recording soon so we'll have a purevolume page and a myspace in a month or so. But yeah i was impressed with the recording standard aswell.
