Okay so I have a megadeth DVD and a Blank DVD. I also have a DVD writer and a Cd -rom (whic does not read DVD's). Can I copy the Megadeth DVD to the empty Disc in anyway? And hence watch it in my DVD player.

Put the DVD into your DVD drive and copy it to your hard drive, then burn it off the hard drive.
