what is the difference between pinched harmonics and natural harmonics, i know wat natural are so don't tell me about them

pinch harmonics are created by playing the string with your pick then brushing it afterwards very quickly with your thumb wherever there is a harmonic point, so the rough affect is the same, except that u can control the note with a pinch i think. for instance you cant get harmonic anywhere apart from teh 2 5 7 and 12 and so on, but if ur fretting at three then the points move up 3 frets to 5 8 10 and 15 etc.

An artificial harmonic is more like a natural harmonic, except you fret a note with your fret hand and then touch the same string 5, 7, or 12 frets above the fretted note and then pluck the string. It sounds the same as a natual harmonic, just a different pitch.
