I'm looking for some really fast insturmental jazz songs like the one off that new iTunes advert by Wynton Marsalis.

Donna Lee is the first that comes to mind. There are tons of bebop tunes with burning tempos.

The parts of that song that you like are basically a copy of Dizzy Gillespie, he invented that trumpet style.
Dizzy and Charlie Parker will satisfy your urge
Charlie Parker- Anthropology, Kim, Klaunstance, Leapfrog
Burnin Bird is a Parker Album that should satisfy you
Oscar Peterson and Dizzy Gillespie (the album) - Particularly the tracks - Caravan - and Dizzy Atmosphere
John Coltrane - Giant Steps (the song)
These are just a few random selections
Fast songs are a good way to get into jazz because while you are appreciating the virtuosity, you will probably develop a taste for jazz (I assume from your question that you dont listen to a lot of jazz). Soon you will not worry if the song is fast or medium or slow.

the entire album "four and more" (miles davis) is fast and intense (miles had recently informed the band they weren't going to be paid that night)

Yeah, Four and More is great, everything burns, and you can feel the intensity form the dispute in the air as they play. Yeah, there's a ton of stuff out there that's uptempo, Clifford Brown with Max Roach has some great uptempo stuff.

Dizzy Gillespie - Salt Peanuts.
Most Max Roach songs are pretty spastic and fast.
