Any suggestions?

I have my guitar for about 6 years , i never had lessons and i didn't really practiced a lot because actually drumming is my first instrument.

Anyway i can play lots of stuff though ( iron maiden , Judas Priest Dire Straits ( not all the solo's ah well ))

So now i'm looking for some songs to get me going again , not to hard ones though. I just finished learning master of puppets ( whitout the fast solo) but now i have a lack of inspiration.

thnx

Prolly the whole six years , but i havn't really been into learning scales etc...

I just learned parts of songs , i just started with alternate picking a week ago , so i'm not really that good at solo's or anything <_<

hendrix has some pretty good stuff ranging from fairly easy (purple haze, manic depression) to pretty hard (red house). of course the difficulty of it depends on your own playing ability, and it'll be different for everyone else. what kind of music do you like?

If you're intermediate, I'm assuming that you know how to play all of your basic chords? If so, maybe you should learn to play Angie. The way that the song is played in the very beginning is harder than it sounds to replicate.
