I never really liked the Friday the 13th series. I liked the first 3, but that's it.

They should stop writing.
They writers of FT13th wrote the most recent Halloween movie, and it was the worse of the series.

123, I haven't seen them in a long time, but I don't remember liking them that much. At all.

Jason never really interested me, Freedy's character is much more interesting to watch and I just have a thing for his sick deaths, and the humor in his movies. And also Johnny Depp stars in the first Friday the 13th baby!

Johnny Depp was in the first Nightmare on Elm Street not Friday the 13th.

The first 3 would of been great and original in its time but these days appear so convoluted and riddled with cliches its almost funny. A little bit of originality comes into the 4th, 5th, and 6th movies with a proper protagonist, but still riddled with a ridiculous formula. The 7th was a bit more interesting pitting Jason against a psychic, watching her teleport stop motion animated things across the room is pretty ridiculous. Then the 8th came and it was probably the best, Jason on a boat then in the Slums of Manhatten. Jason Goes To Hell was a bit more higher budget but kind of ****e, as i remember, Freddy vs Jason was pretty sweet, and Jason X was moronic.

There is a formula to these films, save for the first and the last few. Some kids camp around Camp Crystal Lake and Jason comes back to life through some ridiculous reasoning, then usually ends up killing someone whos car breaks down in the woods. He slowly and meticulously takes them out one by one as they all deal with their teenage issues, then 1 or 2 people are left and realise somethings up and have to confront Jason and end up killing him through some ridiculous way.

I laughed so hard when that black guy got stabbed a little, and he says, "It's gonna take a lot more than that to get me." Then he gets stabbed again, and, while dying of course says, "That should do it." :lol:
Yes, I'm seriously gonna talk like that while I'm dying.

I forgot about that part.

Then at the end of it where he's holding the robot's head after they "kill" Jason, and she's like, "If I could clap then I could."

Everybody makes fun of Jason X, but IMO it had some really good kills, and isn't that what the whole series is about? Nobody likes Friday the 13th for its story, they just want to see some people die.

Yea, and he used similar scene at the end of resurrection when Myers was burned. That happened in some Friday the 13th movie also. First, Second and H20 were best.
