Hello everyone!
This post is just to let you know that I very recently created a music blog, that is going to give BRAND NEW, SEALED music CDs away for absolutely FREE! That's right, no shipping either. (if you live in the USA that is - $1.99 shipping to Canada)
What the blog will be is a place people can post about very topics that are started, and get entered into a pool of entrants every time they post to a different topic.
All I need to start the first giveaway is a minimum of 10 posters on my first post. I created software especially for this site, which I'll explain how it works a little further down. Then I'll start my next post, and receive entries for the next giveaway which will start as soon as the first contest is done.
If enough people visit and post, I hope to give away more and more CDs. Once again, these CDs are BRAND NEW and reg. priced at at least $14.99. You get the CD of your choice if and once you win. The scoring system I set up is very unique, and will make it so that you've got to win sometime. Oh, and there is NO limit to how much you can win either! The entire process is RANDOM RANDOM RANDOM, so it should be a lot of fun!
Scoring System:
Every day, each contestant receives a randomly generated number between 1 and 25. (on the second contest the number is between 1 and 26 and so on.)
The first poster receives Xtra credits proportionate to the maximum number that you can be generated.
At the end of the giveaway (5 - 7 days most likely on avg.), you will retain a small % of the points you earned in the previous contest. You will eventually accumulate a little headstart which will virtually guarantee that you will win something eventually - lol.
Note: You must post in a new topic to retain your points (called credits on site) and carry them over to the next contest.
I will try to post the scores and standings everyday so they will be easy to keep track of. As it's completely random, it will be quite fun!
Remember the main draw of this site may be the contests, but it is also a way to connect music enthusiasts all over, and share opinons on various subjects.

The site is completey monetized by google's AdSense and myself. Optimally, it would be best if people could maybe one day a week before posting or checking the standings in the current giveaway if they could click on 5 to 7 Google ads. That way, I'll be able to give more stuff away! You are basically clicking for yourself then.
