Pros:
everything is defined better
Easily printable sheet music

Cons:

90% of the songs only have guitar!

It's probably hosted outside the U.S. to avoid legislation agaisnt it.

You can get powertabs/guitarpro/normal tabs

on ultimate-guitar.com
