the quality sucks, my voice is weak and I'm probably singing out of tune, but finally learned a complete song.

Wait... first full song on guitar? If so, that's great work! Pretty well played there :).
You were right in thinking your voice is out though. Were you playing and singing at the same time?

Voice out of tune but i think that if you sang it not while playing you might be able to do a better job? good voice just out of tune sometimes

Thanks, I don't think I have ever inspired someone before, and I tried recording my voice seperately, it did work out better, but I was still out of tune a little, but I think that is a different problem altogether.

That's pretty good for a first song. I love that song.

You may have some guitar potential but the singing was kind of off.

not everyone has the greatest voice at first... and you're not going to do it always on the first take...

anyways i learned the majority of that song, i think i might try to do a recording of it.

That was no where close to my first take, I took me a few tries to get it as good as I could.

Yeah, you'll find that recording the two seperately will often result in a more in-tune recording if you tend to go off - simply because you won't have to concentrate on the guitar, putting all your resources into singing more in-tune. As said, that'll be fine with practice.
If you're going to be playing and singing at the same time a bit, it'll be worth heading over to the lessons part of sputnik and... actually, I'll go grab the link for you:
http://www.sputnikmusic.com/lesson.php?lessonid=101
Have a read of that and see if it improves at all :).
