Possibly one of the weirdest movies..ever?

Really nice film. Certainly off center. Adam Sandler was good in it. Hopefully he'll keep doing that sort of thing. And drama, too. His straight comedies bore me. 50 First Dates was good, also. I just don't like the dumb stuff.

But yeah, Punch Drunk Love for those who haven't seen it, check it out. From the director of Boogie Nights and Magnolia. It's a good film.

Nah, it's a little weird. It's a really good movie though...crazy all the pent-up aggression he had in the movie.

Yeah I watched it today on FX too. :)

It was really cool but you're right, really weird. I didn't get to see the beginning (I'm not sure exactly how much I missed), so it didn't make complete sense to me.

This is one of Sandler's best, right up there with Spanglish. For two dramatic-comedies, or comedic-dramas, he's done very well for himself and should keep it up.

The story, characters, music, and dialogue were all very enjoyable.

Really makes you sit back and think to yourself, "What the F*** am I watching!?" but stays entertaining throughout. Not many films can do that. :)

Well he walks outside his office and this car crashes and is flipping over and whatnot. Then this van drives by, stops, and drops that little piano on the side of the road. The guy gets scared and runs into his office, then comes back out and carries the piano into his office.

I like when he comes out of the hospital and he still has the phone on his ear.

I loved it. Adam Sandler was genius and should do more films like this.

Gay-boy barry is a character that everyone can resonate with, and that makes it that much more enjoyable, especially because it's off kilter with others around him. Or something. I dunno. I might have read that in a review maybe.

Good movie either way.

I really love this movie. PTA is my favourite director and I'm still yet to see Boogie Nights.

I'm not sure what I can say about the piano bit, I haven't watched this film in a while, so I'll have to give it another look maybe on the weekend.

I've always wanted to see this but never have. I'm going to make a point of it now. In fact, I think I'll write it down in my ledger.
