Hey guys, just wondering if anybody can tell me who this is: http://static13.youtube.com/get_still.php?video_id=QoZAq6CkCDI&still_id=1
I've seen him play with the Buddy Rich Big Band as well but i've no idea who he might be?

I really like his style. One of the few bassists i've seen slap in that traditional 80's fusion style who don't feel the need to play as fast as they can. They're the sort of people (IMO) who just use slap as a different sound as opposite to an excuse to show off.

oh my god you are completely and totally correct! Seriously, magic touch is an insane album. And someone uploaded that Live on letterman video to YSI a long time ago, and I always watch it wen I need some tapping inspiration or whatever.
