Who else has seen this documentary? They've been showing it on the Discovery Channel. Sure, it's easy to make fun of, since the Treadwell was pretty weird and insane and stuff, but I thought it was actually a pretty amazing film. If you don't know what it's about, it's about this guy Timothy Treadwell that was obsessed with bears and his life was eventually ended when one of them ate him. So yeah, I just thought it was good. Anyone else?

I thought the guy was stupid...Well, yeah, of course he was stupid, but I still thought it was a pretty great film because of they way it showed how crazy he was.

I saw this thing on Ripley's Believe it or Not where this guy made a bear-proof suit. They pushed him off a cliff with it on and he was fine

I saw this at Blockbuster. It had a man starring a big grizzly down... more like wrestling him. Is that the same thing?

I actually wasn't sure if this was a film or a real documentary at first, until I did my research and found out the guy is dead.
I want to watch this.

"I have to mutually mutate into a wild animal to handle the life i live out here" made my friends and i crack up so hard. we still love that line.
and it was really really weird how he kept alluding to death in the documentary.

I heard that it had a huge amount of comedic value. "You'd enjoy it more stoned" is also something I've heard a lot.
I've yet to see it, just because I'm sort of lazy about that stuff.
I think the documentary was fantastic, even though most everyone in it was a little off, it was entertaining and kind of depressing at the same time. I liked it.
