Help with 9800pro

About 6months ago I bought a 9800pro, put it in, installed drivers and played CSS, it ran sweet as, with frame rates of about 60-70 on high settings, then a couple of months ago I started getting frame rates of like 15-30. I've installed the new driver's and everything, and that didn't do S***. Any help?

BTW my specs are P4 2.8ghz, 1gb ram, 300w PSU. Is it possible it has anything to do with my moniter (17" LCD @ 21ms)?

Sorry to hear about your troubles, mate, but I had a question for you.

What video card did you upgrade from? By any chance, was it an X800 SE? How much better would you say your computer is performing after you installed your new graphics card?

now why the hell would he DOWNGRADE from a x800 to a 9800?

I had a Geforce 440mx. And My computer ran a lot better... for a while.
