Cause I know a lot of the users here like them. So lets discuss them, to start out, what album do you like the best?

I have only listened to Deja Entendu about 3 times, and haven't listened to it in a long time, but I listen to YFW straight through almost daily.

Well I wouldn't consider the 9 leaked demos an album.
Well I vote Deja Entendu

I actually listened to the leaked songs, and I didn't find them very good. YFW was good, and catchy, but Deja Entunada owns it.

There demo's have been probably the most disappointing out of the huge push of upcoming albums...

YFW is a classic.

They are from a few towns over from where I live, within a 15 minute driving distance. A good group of guy's but I'll always say TBS > BN

Demos were a dissapointment for me, but I still like them, just not as much as I thought I would.

I couldn't wait for the new album, and when the demos got leaked, I was hoping for something really, really good, then I got dissappointed :(

I'll always say TBS > BN
As for this, I don't know what I would pick, as in who I like better. I have no idea.

DE>YFW>The Demos, kind of.

The finished versions of the demos may end up better than the songs on YFW in my opinion, if we ever hear final versions of them...
And I can't be bothered rating the EP's, and rare songs, seeing as most of them are just demos or acoustic versions.

I'm gonna have to listen to DE again, I know I liked it, but, haven't listned to it in so long, that maybe it will be better then YFW, I am getting that impression from you guys.

I voted for the 9 demos. Yeah, they're a completely different sound, but I'm just hooked on tracks 2, 6, 7, 8, and 9. I just love the piano in track 7. Brand New grew up a bit and changed their sound a lot from YFW to DE, and I wouldn't expect any less from DE to FOYD.

For me, it was a dissapointment as in, I have been waiting all this time, and was expecting something better. Not as in, they suck. But I still like the demos.

I hope you understand that.

Deja Entendu, easily.

Same. I don't see what the big fuss was about. None of the songs were that good.

Your Favorite Weapon for me. It was one of my first pop punk albums, and it remains one of my favorites.

This man is clearly a man of vision and knows good pop-punk when he hears it. <3s 4 u Spence. :thumb:

YFW is their best album...I love it. It's young, catchy, upbeat, and angsty yet mature...it's everything a young pop-punk band should be about. I think DE is OK but I still refuse to accept Brand New grew up...I'll always see them as the teenagers who got famous way too young and wrote angsty pop-punk stuff.

Brand New <3

I don't really know much about this band, except that I love the song "Sic Transit Gloria", and that I saw them when they supported Blink 182 in Melbourne. I probably should pick up an album sometime...

Although I LOVE Deja Entendu, I voted Your Favorite Weapon because it has some songs that are pretty much like athems to me.

I love Brand New... I want to see them live, I figure "Seventy Times 7" would be so amazing live.

That's not even a question for me. Deja Entendu is one of the greatest albums I've had the pleasure of listening to, and pretty much opened me up to a new genre of music. Every song on there is superb and filled with quality musicianship and amazing lyrics. It hands-down beats the rest of that stuff (The demos are decent, but I'll wait until mastered versions before I judge them)
