Ok i've been thinking about buying this pack for like months, but i wasnt sure, but i can't really afford buying HH or HHX, separately, and i also can't try any cymbal cause i don't have a sabian dealer in my country, but i've tried the AA regulars and i kinda liked the tone it had, and i really dig the AA splash, well the medium crash is kinda loud for my taste but i can handle it, and the medium ride is ok, i've played it and it wasnt as washy as is sounds on the soundcheck.
Yeah so waht do you think about this pack?

It seems your sorta spectical. You gotta be like this cymabls are AWESOME !, if not.. your just wasting your money;). Just my advice. AA's are a good investment though, go for em if you want. Sounds like you know what you want from a cymbal, so maybe you should just buy the splash and the hats seperatly? and find a different ride and crash...?

i like the HHXtreme 18" but it's sounds more like an effect cymbal, that goes for most of the HHX, as a main crash maybe the HH Dark 16" or the AA Thin 16" or the HH mediumt thin 16", and i'm no sure wich ride yet maybe the HH heavy 22" or the HHX dry 22" but again i wounld have enought money for it, i have $600.
PD: I'm going to spend $580-$600 on this AA pack, because that's what the taxes, are going to cost me

That is pretty nice. But you could get more Wuhans for cheaper.

Strangely, i tend to believe that going in with a skeptical view tends to make you view things more objectively. Blindly loving a cymbal brand for no reason is not a good way to approach a purchase.

Have you considered other brands? Zildjian has packs such as A for $500 and A Custom for $550...Just a bit over the AA pack.
