help me name this movie

its a plane disaster movie...if i remember right, they are flying and this black cop is accompanying a criminal through the flight and a few others, and the bad guy goes to the washroom and then lockpicks his handcuffs and takes over the plane with his friends and they kill one of the pilots and the black guy hides in the washroom and whatnot and takes the gun from the dude and then the lesbian/daughter or something stabs him with a nail polisher thing. the bad guy shoots the woman pilot in the arm and tells her to go to san diego or something or he crashes the plane into the most populated place he can find. it was a good movie. anyone know the name? ive been looking for it since like september :(

The first part of it sounds like U.S. Marshalls. An Asian guy went to the bathroom and somehow knew that on standard prison transport planes there was a gun in the tolet paper roll mechanism, and he took it out and shot a window and crashed the plane. The rest sounds different.
