Double thumping

Well i want to learn to start double thumping, i needed a place to start so i tried to go here:http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/article.php?a=47, but the link does not work for me.

So if anyone could maybe just C+P the first post for me that would be great.

Or if someone could give me any pointers and techniques on how to do it that would be great.

i found some vids of double thumb instruction on limewire. you can also get a victor wooten dvd that has a lesson on it. i'd give it to you on msn messenger if you want, but it's a big file and might be a pain to send it.
