I guessed there may be a few fans of this band within this particular forum and decided to post accordingly. Great band, Ocean Rain would have to be one of my favourite albums, Killing Moon, Ocean Rain, Silver, Crystal Days are just some of the standouts. Any other fans out there?

They're a pretty good band. "Under The Killing Moon" or whatever its name was is proabaly my favourite of theirs.

I haven't listened to them for ages though.

I was saying that with regard to popularity, not betterness. Each band has one single that seems much more famous than the rest of their work. The bands are also both non-American 80's groups, who have said singles featured in recent popular movies with young up-and-coming and perhaps chesty actors.

I bought Porcupine a few days ago, great record, Ocean Rain is still probably my favourite though.

they are fantastic. i have all of their albums and i have 'songs to learn and sing' on vinyl. except it skips because i've played it so much.
i love "do it clean" and "Rescue"
for the record, courtney love is also a huge fan of them.
