According to a friend of mine, Minus the Bear are kind of wack live. He got to interview the drummer after the show for an online magazine, and he said the guy was impossible to talk to.

well i saw them live a couple months ago and it was F-in FAAAAAAAAAAANTastic. so i dont know what ya'll is talkin about. but then again i havent seen them live since the Keyboardist left

MTB live was kinda meh.

MWY is very good live though, if you're familiar with them before hand. Otherwise it's too off-setting to be that good.

I've not seen Thursday but I have high expectations for when I do.

I finally realized how whiney he sounds one day and just dropped them comlpetely. They did put on a good show the first time I saw them.

Thursday, Minus The Bear and mewithoutyou are good bands. I would go to that show.

I supported Minus The Bear last year and the singer was being really nasty to the sound guy. The other guys seemed really nice, but live its just like listening to the record.
