Where could I get a tom clamp? Like to clip to my crash stand to make my tom lower. I dont wat to lug around a second snare stand, so I was wondering if there were special made clamps, and if they would hold it up well enough while Im palying.
Thank you for your help, and I think I put this in the right place. :thumb:
you can get it at any music store that sells drum equipment. Just look to see what kinda of clamp you need. Single tom clamps usually go for about $19-$21.
Does yor tom have an STM mount? (Thing that goes around the lugs) If it does you'll wnat one of these- http://www.gibraltarhardware.com/?fa=detail&mid=1245&sid=382&cid=70
And If your mount goes strait through you'll need one of these-http://www.songbirdmusic.com/pop_image.asp?image=6961.jpg
