View Full Version : Tim Buckley
I know alot of people talk about Jeff, ALOT! But what about his dad, Tim Buckley. I think hes pretty good. I have heard his self titled and Happy Sad. I think they are both pretty good. Anyone else listened?

I've heard one of his albums, and you can definantly tell that he is Jeff's dad. From what I heard, it seems nice. It's more folky then his son's work.

Much more folk. I like it lots. He was a great artist too.

My Creative Writing professor is into him. I'll have to ask to borrow an album from him.

I really dislike 'Lorca'. But I like the 4 albums before that one.

Lorca is his crowning moment in my opinion. Everything up too Greetings from LA is tight.
The two after it are soooo freakin' bad.

So, I got Live At The Troubadour 1969 from my mums car and I'm listening to it now.
I like it. He reminds me of a more jazzy Devendra Banhart.
