I found this on ebay yesterday and just wanted to see how much 22 of those would be worth. 22 cymbals is a lot, i don't want to get them, but just wanted to post it if somebody else wanted them.
How do titaniums sound?

The ride and crashes are good IMO but the hats are a bit clangy.
I have no experience with the chinas but the splashes are nice. I played ZXTi's in my drum lessons are they were good, im looking into getting some maybe. Even though theyre hated on here, I quite like them.

IMO it's not worth it. ZXT's are not very nice cymbals. I'd much rather spend the same amount on some high quality cymbals than a load of crappy low-line cymbals.

I'm not a big ZXT fan. I have no idea how much they're worth, probably over $1500. I wouldn't bid on them if I were you.

I wouldn't do it. Seems like a total waste of time and money.

They're crap. I've played them, the only good one was the ride and even that kinda sucked.

They all suck. End of story.

And, you'd look like an idiot if you didn't only use titaniums. You couldn't mix them with other cymbals.

For that kind of money you could get an old K Istanbul. K Istanbul Vs 22 ZXTi's. I know what I'd buy, and it isn't the ZXTi's.

If u were ganna buy them and sell them on ebay sepratly it would be a good idea but using them...I would spend the 800 on some GOOD Zildjian cymbals

tbh, If i had the money, i'd buy a few decent HHX's, I have no beef with ZXT's but 22 is just woah

the china's just produce a lot of noise... a LOT

And the winning bid was $1,525.00.
I wouldn't pay that for those.

who would? well, off course the bidders would. But those people are pretty sick in the mind to bid on something like that... I have a 16" medium thin crash, and it really doesn't sound half bad. I just don't like the ride and hi hats I have. I can't wait till this thursday when I buy my new ride(a sweet ride)!!!:)

But 22 cool looking cymbals :amaze:
Who'd buy those things, I can understand buying 4 cymbals, Hi Hats, Crash and Ride but 22 is insane.
The seller mustve bought them at once and then hated them, why else would you sell 22 cymbals?
fishbulb
02-21-2006, 04:15 PM
But it's not like they're 22 different ones, he has 2 16" thin crashes, 3 18" crashes. Why would you waste money on getting the same exact cymbals?

if you felt like it, selling them all for an average of 50 bucks can get you a nice profit
