Wait or buy?

I'm assuming people on here have heard about the new tama tom stand. Four legs, ultra-low. I have a 14" tom as my floor and i was wondering whether I should wait for the tom stand to be released or whether to buy an Air Ride snare stand and use that. Any thoughts guys. Well would you only be mounting one tom? if so it seems a waste and you shud buy another stand, if your gonna mount two then go for it

I've heard that the Air Ride doesn't support as well as it should, and that the drum bounces a lot. You'd probably be better off waiting.

air ride won't work for a floor unless it's only like 5" deep...

Anyway, if it's for only 1 drum, you're best off tossing on a cymbal stand attachment.
