This is Atom's new band. It's actually a proper band. They've got a couple of mp3s at http://www.atomandhispackage.com/armalite.html and their first album came out on No Idea on Valentine's Day.

I'm probably going to order it when I get some money.

This is a punk supergroup. This has Dan Yemin and other competent singers, so why is Adam singing. His voice is terrible.

I think he only sings half the songs. And on the one I've heard him sing his voice works.

I just got this in the post. It's good solid punk rock. The songs where Atom's singing are slightly better in general. I'd recommend it.

They played a show in Philly here w/ None More Black and The Loved Ones, but I decided not to go. Everyone from KidDynamite would have been there except for the drummer. Armalite has only played about 10 shows because everyone is so busy w/ their other bands. I didn't really care for their mp3s tho, maybe i'll give them another listen.

Amateur Party are actually pretty good. I saw them open for Citizen Fish.

I love Atom so I'll definitely check them out.

Edit: Holy crap. Those two songs are amazing.

I've had their album on the computer for a while, my friend picked up the 12". I ****ing love it. Every member of this band's other bands are great, so it just kinda had to work.

The YMCA song is their best I think. Dan's Hands Melt is my second.
