Does anyone know about how much Alchemy's pro line is? I'm really interested in them and I can't find prices anywhere.

Thanks.

I love the way that they sound. But i talked w/ a guy whos said they break easy. i dunno if he plays with hammers or not, but do any owners have anything to say about the durability and quality of the cymbal. As i said before i really love the way they sound but have been hesitant to buy since hearing that.

The splashes are really thin (and I mean REALLY thin), so they crack easily.
No matter technique and whatever... If you smash those things hard, they'll break.

Not recommended for hard hitters, although they sound extremely good

^is it just the splashes u don't recomend for hard hitters, because i've been thinkin' of tryin' some of the cymbals out, but i do hit sorta hard. then again, spug uses them, and he uses aheads too

The splashes I had were the thinnest cymbals I ever saw in my life. Both are broken. One cracked during a gig and a big goofy bozo stepped on the other one :(

The hats, ride and crashes are just like all other cymbals though, nice and sturdy.

Nonetheless, those splashes are easily the best sounding I ever heared, but what to you expect the lifetime to be of small effect cymbals that are so thin that you could bend them using only one hand?
