Know any good transcribing programs ?

Just curious if anybody knows any online transcribing programs that work well for recorded stuff.

Scoop: Ted Nugent did a Instrumental song on a 6 string bass called "Sunrize" and I just don't have a good enough ear to transcribe it myself, I gotta keep trying cuz its such a cool tune but I was hoping there was an easier way. Thanks for any information

I don't think there is a program that is able to transcribe from recordings, there are allthough good chances of importing midi files into Guitar Pro to get a decent transcription :)
