2005 Justice Replaced By Revenge
Description:
Ringworm is one of the more angry, intense bands I listen to. Every one of the songs is a good example of hard-hitting, in-your-face metalcore. They do a great job of combining awesome metal guitar parts with brutal hardcore vocals, and powerful angry lyrics.
If you are not used to the insanity that comes along with metalcore, brace yourself. This band is not for the weak of heart. The brutality, anger, and intensity found in Ringworm's music is not easily matched.
Enough said.

Description:
Ok, so this is for all you guys who can't ever find any new, fresh Pop-Punk bands. Granted, it's in Spanish, but it's very good. Their latest CD is easily my favorite of theirs and very good in my opinion. Some of my favorite tracks are "3 + 1", and "Promesas/Decepciones", the latter of which feels emotional even without understanding the lyrics (which make it even more so).
They are huge in Mexico, and I believe their new album has already gone Gold or Platinum there, though they have essentially no popularity here in the states.
Their style mixes Pop-Punk and Hardcore, though the poppier pieces edge more towards Power Pop. There's some screaming and pounding double bass occasionally, but mostly it's just straight up, fun Pop-Punk. There's also, of course, some Latin influence (besides lyrics) to their music which gives it more distinction from the bands we have here. I really like them. Next week I'm doing another Latin band too. Enjoy!
I have them on slsk if you like what you hear on pv/myspace. :)
