Coffee shop songs

hey i got a coffee shop gig in about 3 weeks. anyone know any good soft slow songs that will set the mood? its only going to be me and my acoustic. im going to be playing 3 or 4 of my own songs but wanted to do some cover songs to. so just post if you have some on your mind

Well, my opinion is that great coffee shop songs are covers of female singer/songwriters like Sheryl Crow.
As much as you wouldn't like to do it, they set the right "easy-going" type of contemplative mood, with it's subdued atmosphere but still catchy melodies.
