Well I took the advice that people gave me a week or so ago when I was considering buying an electronic drum kit. And I have decided not to get one. Instead (and this wasn't actually my idea-my dad's), my parents have decided that I will move into the spare room, my brother into mr room and then the drums will go into my brothers old room. Its small but big enough for band practice so Im happy about that and also its on the other side of the house meaning I can play without pads because the neighbours wont hear!

Just thought I would share but also I would like to know which decent Hi-Hats can I pick up in England and for how much as the hats I have are crappy stock Stagg ones. Thanks people

you could pick up some pro sonix hats for about £70 or get some variety of pro hats for about £170 upwards

all depends on your price range

Well they could be a birthday present so price wouldn't mattter too much then cos my parents wont mind much. Are the Pro Sonix ones any good? Worth the price?

yeah they are great hats for the price, really depends how long you've been playing though

Or the Groove hats, but they are expensive.
