Allright - I'll check out Bad Religion too. Interesting to find out about the qualities of both.
EDIT: Hurry up those of you with additional suggestions. If my experience from this particular forum the last 24 hours may function as a 'guide', the thread will be closed within - let's guess - an hour.

Dead Kennedys made some catchy songs...not the kind of poppy songs but catchy...
NoFX (listen to Bottles to the Ground)
Descendants (all of them)

This band outta NC called Requiem has the best harmonic vocals, in my opinion. They way they mix them with the non-harmonic vocals and the music is amazing. Here's a link to one of the songs of their full length called "Storm Heaven." The song is called Defeat:

The Queers have some interesting vocal stuff.
I only have "Beyond the Valley..." but I heard that it's not a very good album by them.

I'd like to withdraw my suggestion that Anti-Flag had good harmonies. It was a joke.

Well, I quite like the style of NOFX and Pennywise. I don't consider them EMO. I also enjoyed Bad Religion. Going to explore the rest of the bands.
EDIT: Listening to the album Stranger Than Fiction by Bad Religion now. Great music - and indeed interesting vocal harmonies on several of the songs.

Against Me! has a lot of nice harmonizing "woahs". Check out the songs Slurring The Rhythms, Sink Florida Sink, I Still Love You Julie, and From Her Lips To God's Ears (The Energizer).
But Bad Religion definately does it best.

Hey man, yeah I totally recommend Lightyear. A good song to get into is Nuff Cuts (See my usertitle). Those guys are freaking legends. We should have an 'Official Lightyear' thread.
They're Ska/Punk btw but Labels are SOOO 9th Grade.

I can barely pick up the harmony in Hope. Actually I'm listening to it right now, and there IS no harmony, or at least not detectable to my ears.
And the fact that the post went this far without ONE mention of The Ramones is baffling!
Huge cosign on Bad Religion and The Queers, though

Did Motorhead make some kind of complitiation of all these punk songs because I also a God Save the Queen of them
Everyone mentions Bad Religion just because of their oozin' aahs, but they in fact have very little harmonized vocals. There's only really one punk band who frequently (and I mean really frequently) and skillfully harmonizes vocals - A Wilhelm Scream (http://www.awilhelmscream.com).

I probably shouldnt be whoring local bands here, but if you like vocal harmonies you need to check out this band The Swellers.
In case you didnt know, AWS bassist recently skipped out on them in the middle of their tour and the lead singer/lead guitarist of this band is now filling in for bass for the rest of their tour, which is probably for the better (curtiss ****ed up most of the vocal harmonies both times I've seen them).
Check em out if you like AWS, Much the Same, etc- http://www.myspace.com/theswellers

Did anyone mention that Bad Religion wins?

Yeah, they do use vocal harmonies, but no more so than most melodic punk bands. Listen to any release by NUFAN or Lagwagon or something. A Wilhelm Scream harmonizes practically every line sung, plus every guitar line, and they do it well. I'm not saying Bad Religion do it poorly, but the way people fellate them in this context just doesn't make much sense to me.
Oh, and for the record, I love Bad Religion.
