Hey everyone,lol today was a tyrpical day in my broing suburia town with nothing to do but homework and sleep,so anyway I was bored and there was nothing on t.v so I wen't up to the video store to get a movie,I finally foound a good movie and was about to pay for it and these cheap dvds caught my eye so I wen't over to see what was in itand SUDDELY I found the story of james jamerson:standing in the shadaows of motown.

I can't wait to watch this movie,anyone of you mxers seen it?it's about an hour and a half long and features some of motowns top musicians so yeahgo nuts.:thumb:

It's very popular on TB. I'll tell you that.

probably not as good as Braindead :D But worth a watch.

this is one of the greatest of all time music documentaries. Great rubbery line at the beginning. Not by jamerson but its actually Pino Palladino. Way cool. But the movie is amazing. Not so much just about james Jamerson but all the gang. Anyway its amazing.
also done by the same guy that did the book (slutsky)

I have two copies. My girlfriend bought me one and i had one hired from the local library, and forgot about it then moved towns.

I saw it on some channel,but it was almost over,so I didnt watch it.Looks interesting though.

ive been learning a bunch of jamerson with my teacher from that book
its awesome, though ive never seen the movie
