Does anyone know where I could find a full catalogue of all the Ibanez basses ever made? I'm trying to identify this BTB. It looks pretty damn sweet, but I have no clue what kind of BTB it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the bass...

You sure it's a 1005? I've never seen a 1005 like that, also I don't think the 1005 comes with Barts.

I think the pu's are similar. They're both barts, but I'm not sure because of the woods that are used.

do you have any idea how old it is??? there used to be a 2000 series of BTB's, and the top looks like bloodwood or redheart. i have never heard of ibanez using eather of those on any insterment. might be a weird finish on bulbinga or mohoginy

1500?

Look at the arrangment between the 1005, 1205, and the original one. The 1205 and the original are the same.

hmm, i just noticed that the neck isn't neck through on the bass in question. iv never seen that on anything other than the BTB 40X

How can you tell it's not NT?

because the neck right where the neck joins isn't the same as the neck wood that you can see on the heal joint (also you can see a heal joint)

That's a really nice bass. I really like BTB's all of a sudden, hence why i'm buying a black quilted maple BTB405 from a member of this very board. Nice find.

If that had just one more string, I'd be buying it and a new pair of pants.
