After being a member on the forums for a while there is alwasy the usual thread "ugiliest bass ever" and the subject of Wish Basses always comes up. So it just hit me to go take a look at the Ugliest basses ever just for $hits & giggles... and man they are ugly.. But i find my self really liking one...

I mean is it wrong to like a Wish Bass?

What's uup with the pickgaurd thing around the volume knob and input jack? That and the horrid bridge kill it.

but if you look on the site The Bridge can be upgraded and so can eletronics...

I would take it if it was a gift, change the pickup configuration and definitley loose that bridge.

I actually really like that as well. I usually by rule of the thumb don't go above six strings, but I would hit that.

Yeah i'd get it as a 6er as well, just cuz strings would be a B**ch to find/buy.

but i was looking at the 5 sting version and it looks like crap... so cant trust ordering one from them if the body shape differs that much unless i could specify that i want it to look like that.

Hell, I'd have the 7 string, looks interesting...


Would have to replace the 'scratchplate' though.

now that one looks like they took a piece of driftwood, sanded it a bit and slapped a neck on it.

the only thing that bothers me a lot is that a tone knob isnt standard on their basses.... i hate that about some basses... i'd need on if i were to get one.
