Splitting a dvd movie

Hey I have this movie on here and its over 700 mb on disc, its like 733, but I only have 700 mb discs and no dvd discs.
What program can I use to cut the movie in half so I can burn it onto 2 discs?
Its an AVI file btw, I tried using something but the audio wouldnt work.

I have winrar, how do you use it to do that.
I just found a nice program that does it for me in 2 minutes.

rar it into volumes that will fit on a disc, like 690mb
use no compression (store) because compression is useless with avi files.

Use DVD Shrink to get it to fit on 1 disc.

If it is already an AVI, i would use Adobe Premiere. It cuts and pastes sections of movie clips with ease.
