ok...tomorrow, I am probably gonna be heading to GC and Brook Mays where I am gonna be looking for a new combo, preferably around 100 watts...
i like the rumble 100, which seems like a good buy...price range is around 400 to 450 max...
any input or suggestions on what either of their two places offer...
thanks...:)

It's too damn bad you are in TX, I'd sell you my Peavey TKO 115 for $230.
Don't you travel to AZ often? Maybe we can work something out?

Well if that's the case man... check craigslist.org for deals in your area.
I wouldn't pay $500 for a 100w combo amp when you could buy decent gear/used cabs at that rate.

thanks...id love to get that peavey from you...its a good buy, but just the time restraint is a bitch...:upset:
i really dont want to spend that much on one...but i need it so i wont get over powered...;)
but i can get the rumble from BM here for $300...think thats a decent deal?

Yeah $300 is good, that's what I paid for my Peavey when I got it.
So that's most definitely fair, but I've got to tell you 100w, 1x15... I don't really think you will be "loud" if you've got two guitarists with half-stacks and a wild drummer.

naw...nothing like that...its mostly gonna be like a jazz session type playing...layed back, calm and smooth...

Allright, yeah it should be enough for an ambient environment. Good luck with all of that, try and haggle some more too. ;)
