Whenever i right click on a link from another website to open in a new window, the previous website is exited out of automatically, thus leaving me with the new window and no original website. annoyance! how do i stop this?

I'm pretty sure that is how links work.

But, to stop this, if you have FF, middle click (Scroll wheel) and it will open the link in a new tab. If you have IE, go Control + N, and if will open a new window which you can click the link in.

it's not like that though. i cant even have two internet explorers running at the same time. if i try to open another one while one is already up and running, that one just disappears and the new one opens.

Hmm. If you are really attached to IE, re install. If not, switch to FF.

u cant have all those anti spyware/adware programs cuz most likely one will block the other

it's good to have multiple spyware programs, because not all anti-spyware catalogues are them same.

No.

Have you tried reinstalling IE or like the others say, a different browser (Firefox)?
