A really cool melodic emo band from out Colorado. They came around at a time when bands like Orchid and Saetia were playing the screaming card, but they were playing subdued vocals with dual melodic guitars. I only got one EP of theirs and I'm looking for more stuff. If anyone has more info, it'd be great if you could post it. Anyway, discuss? I'm sure most of you know them.

Not to be an asshole, but no not really. They were round about the same time as Indien Summer etc (one or two years later). They released most of their stuff in '94-'96 I believe, but I'd have to check my records to confirm that.

Not to be an spatula, but no not really. They were round about the same time as Indien Summer etc (one or two years later). They released most of their stuff in '94-'96 I believe, but I'd have to check my records to confirm that.

Yeah. I realized after I typed it that Indian Summer was around. But still, CFD were more akin to the midwest emo sound with a little more edge in them.

Stereo is their greatest album. Their split with Boys Life is good too.

Anthology is the unofficial name of their first 'album'..it's good but not as good as 'Stereo'

No man, the first album is an S/t Lp, Anthology is a CD compilation of the first Lp, first 7" and first (2?) split 7"s with Jimmy Eat World and Sineater.

The second Lp's unnoficial name is Stereo
