MY PC keeps showing me these messages, i have no idea what they are or how to fix them, so i'm calling upon all you computer knowledgable people to help.

Any advise on how to fix them or why i'm getting the messages will be greatly appreciated.

You need a better internet connection and more RAM.

Maybe he just had a really low amount of virtual memory to start with

You have an ethernet cable unpluged, if you do not use that to connect to the internet I suggest you disable it.

More RAM should fix it.

check the internet cables, wiggle them around a little. that should fix it. and for the virtual memory, tell me how much u have.

If you just want a quick temp. solution to the virtual memory problem, restart your computer. But you'll keep on getting that message if you don't buy some more RAM.
