Hotlinked the last 2 pictures since I can only post 4.

Sonor Force 3005
White Lacquer Sparkle
Fusion 1 Set
22x17.5 bass drum
10x9 tom, 12x10 tom
14x12 tom
14x5.5 snare drum

Hot, right? Specially after 3 years of that Peavey kit. I'm too lazy to set up the new (and most likely better) hi-hat stand so I kept the PDP one there. Also, I stuck with my pearl pedal because I'm so used to it. In a few months (after at least 4 paychecks) I'm going to be ordering some A Customs to go with this badboy.

And I'm ordering new Batters/Resos for every drum with the $150 Gift Card I got when I ordered the set from Massmusic.

That sparkle is sweet...much nicer then the one at my local store...the one here is just white...with what looks like those little gold sparkles you'd buy at a dollar store...just thrown on it randomly...it looks really bad

Question (seeing he has stock heads on): How long after buying your kit do you personally replace them?

Question (seeing he has stock heads on): How long after buying your kit do you personally replace them?

I got a $150 credit to Massmusic.net when I bought the kit, so when I get the time to order the heads and the 4 days or so it takes them to get here is when I'll replace them.

If I didn't have the credit, it'd take me two weeks (a paycheck) to get new heads.

I'm sure more professional (and wealthy!) drummers never play stock heads. They get the kit and replace the heads immediately, unfortunately I do not have that luxury. :smash:

Haha fair enough. With myself - I'd have to play stock heads as long as they could possibly last me. I don't have a drum kit yet but am getting one real soon (if everything goes to plan). I'm spending pretty much all the money I have in the world on it ><

don't a lot of people play stock heads?

And if you buy a kit could you ask not to get heads with it?
