you could get a hihat stand and a snarestand if you make a deal with the right person. Tama roadpro stand is about $60 and Tama IC hihat stand is about $120.

well i have a 4 piece atm and using a rack but only becoz my other tom holder isnt in lol... and i have 2 snares so i spose 5 piece atm..

i do have 9 cymbals though which probably equates for the rest...

Go get a few Wuhan splashes and a Wuhan china, you should have enough to buy a stand and a cymbal arm with clamp or whatever.

Or you can get some new heads, I wouldnt but if you need some go for it.
If you dont need batters, maybe some resos or whatever.

Theres plenty you could get with $190
