Daily Upload - February Edition

[MetalOz]

I have been given the honor of continuing the Daily Upload.

Every day or so an email will be sent out to everyone on the list. In the email will be links to albums that have been uploaded by you, your fellow MXers, and myself. We will all have the benefit of hearing bands we might never have been exposed to.

If you would like to be on the mailing list, simply post your email address.

Important edit from Jom:

Even if you were on previous mailing lists, you MUST post your address again in order to receive this month's e-mails.

Also: posting ONLY your e-mail address without leaving a comment will NOT be tolerated. It's not hard to say "Thank you" or something else along those lines, but do NOT just put down your e-mail address, or you'll be passed over. Thanks!


If you would like to contribute, please upload using one of these services: http://www.yousendit.com http://www.megaupload.com http://www.rapidshare.de http://www.sendspace.com http://www.uploading.com
Yousendit has the best download speeds but the links expire after 25 downloads. If you use this service, please upload more than once. I suggest doing two YSI links and one using another service.

If you upload something for the mailing list, please include a description of what you've uploaded as well as the links. Reviews and links to band websites are great to go with an album.

By the way, Is anyone interested in somewhat rare tracks off of single releases such as korn's got the life and metallica's hero of the day? Some have unreleased tracks/live medleys and remixes. If I get 4 or 5+ people interested I will upload them. It may be a break from all this crazy screaming metal stuff that seems to be everybody's favourite. Although, i am ashamed at myself for actually enjoying the opeth. But I give 99% of all the uploads a chance to grasp my attention.

IMO Hvis Lyset Tar Oss is the best album Burzum has. Speacially the Det Som Engang Var and Thomet.

The Ambient Material is really good at times, but I prefer the Black Metal stuff.
