BDM are a Melodic Death Metal band and don't come anywhere under Harcore/Emo. That aside, they used to be one of my favourate bands and I still really dig them. I'm going to see them a week from Friday but I havn't seen them as yet. If you like that style try some stuff like At The Gates, Anata, All Shall Perish, Cycroptic, etc. You will probably get alot more suggestions if head over to R/M though.

I dig 'em. But as others have said Melodic Death. Miasma is ****ing great though so is Unhallowed. Looking forward to their split with Pig Destroyer this year.

I like them alot. Listen to prayer for cleansing for a similar band. (More similar to older BDM.)

I love 'em. guys, don't start bashing his thread. We make threads on bands that aren't related to hardcore/emo from time to time as well, and nearly everyone here like TBDM anyway, so what's the problem?

We always thought split 7"s were cool. They are a way for bands who are pals or mutual admiriers to release something cool together. Unfortunately, when you're under contract, the ability to do split EPs is rather limited, as you can't very well start passing your material out everywhere. Fortunately, Relapse has agreed to release our next project, which will be a series of 9 split 7" eps with various bands who we've bro'd down with or are fans of. The list of bands is unconfirmed, even though I've mentioned some in the past. So there will be some cool surprises. Arik Roper will be creating a special piece for this so that, when arranged in a proper square, the EPs will complete a picture. Should be killer. The first 7" in the series will be a split with the mighty Orthrelm, which should see a release in Summer.

Thats from www.pigdestroyer.net. I'm not sure of the whole list.
